Slip case for h2210?

Can anyone tell me where to get a simple slip style case that will fit the h2210, if one can still be purchased?

I have a nice metal case, but more often I have found myself wanting a smaller case that I can just slide the device into. I can't seem to find one anywhere online. If you happen to know of a source I would appreciate it. I'm not looking for a book-style case or anything like that -- just a simple sleeve that the ipaq can fit into.
